Refund policy

Ex Fashion accepts returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team before sending the product back.
